EXTRACTION SYSTEMS FOR
FIBERS & FABRICS
Particularly in the textile industry, the carpet industry, the paper industry, the tobacco industry and the construction industry, harmful fiber dusts are released during processing due to mechanical stress on the materials and their fibers. These include, for example, dusts from mineral fibers such as glass wool, rock wool, slag wool or even ceramic wool, as well as tobacco fibers, textile fibers and cotton fibers.
The World Health Organization (WHO) classifies inorganic fibers with a length of more than 5 µm and a diameter of less than 3 µm as particularly hazardous to health. Such fiber dust can cause severe lung diseases. Air filtration is not only about extracting fiber dusts, but also about filtering out released solvents and other harmful airborne particles. It is not only about extracting fibers or dusts, but also about removing solvent vapors and chemical vapors.
ASPUR extraction systems help you to safely extract even the finest dusts of fibers and substances and to clean the extracted air.
